HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY???
Use the contact us page or click here to submit your inquiry. If the date and time is available, you will receive an email response within 24 hours to confirm availability.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
It can take anywhere from half an hour to 1 hour for set up depending on the size of the party and services booked. It is extremely important to have the loading area free of cars so that the event can be styled and designed within the timeframe.
WHAT ARE SOME IDEAL LOCATIONS FOR THESE PARTIES?
Our set-ups can be held at the privacy of your own home, backyard, park or a birthday venue.
WHAT CITIES DO YOU SERVICE?
We are currently servicing Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, serving up to 20 miles of 91030 (S Pasadena, CA). Additional travel fees of $2.50 per mile round trip will be charged.
CAN PARENTS STAY FOR THE PARTY?
It is entirely up to you. It ’s your child’s party so you are more than welcome to invite parents to stay and watch the fun unfold or you can choose for it to be one intimate party (kids only) It works both ways! It will still be extremely fun and memorable.
HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY RESERVATION?
All reservations should be booked 2 weeks in an advance. However, we highly recommend booking asap to secure your date.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
We offer apple cider for toasting as an add on service, however we do not offer food at this time. We would be happy to recommend a vendor upon request.
WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We do not offer refunds. However, your booking will be eligible to be rescheduled if you cancel 30 days prior to your event.
WHAT’S YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
If your booking is eligible to be rescheduled, we will transfer your credit and honor one date change. The future event must be within six (6) months after the original party date. Otherwise, the booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
WHAT IF AN ITEM WERE TO GET DAMAGED/LOST?
Client is responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. We highly encourage low to zero food coloring food and beverages to prevent staining rentals. Our pillows and rugs are very light in color and can cause damage when such items are provided at parties. Items such as fruit punch, cakes or cupcakes with lots of food color are highly not recommended.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We can still host, deliver and set up your picnic party to an indoor location or you will have up to 6 months to reschedule
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER THEMED PARTIES?
We currently offer specialized Exclusive Spa and Paint parties. We have styled a few other parties, if you are interested to hear about them, or if you'd like to share your ideas with us, contact us below.
